What should I do if I believe my vehicle has been damaged?

In this highly unlikely event, the damage must be reported immediately to the employee on duty. You will receive a claim form, which must be submitted, along with photos of your vehicle, before you leave the facility. To follow up, you may contact our claims adjustor seven days after the incident has been reported.

Why is my ticket price slightly different than the displayed price?

Some locations display net rates, which don’t include tax. So at these locations the price you pay will be slightly higher than the posted rates after tax is added.

How do you determine my parking cost?

Your cost is based on our posted rates and calculated to the minute by the timestamps on your ticket.

How can I avoid waiting for my vehicle?

Please use our call-ahead or text-ahead services to ensure a quicker exit. Ask your location manager for details.

Whom can I speak to about the service I received?

We love knowing how we can better serve you. Ask to speak to your location manager, contact us online, or contact:
